CLEARFIELD – Clearfield Area Rotary Club held its installation of officers recently, and Regina Smith of Clearfield was sworn-in for the 2024-25 club year.
Currently, she is a nurse in State College and is also the sister of Rotary Past District Gov. Herb Smith. Conducting the installation is current Rotary District Gov. Pam Wagoner.
