PHILIPSBURG – The Philipsburg Elks Lodge #1173 utilized the $2,500 Gratitude Grant to host a free Community Day at the Clear Centre Pool on July 7.
Provided was music with DJ GiGi, Drug Awareness info and prizes, and all kids received a hotdog and bottle of water. There were approximately 210 kids and 100 adults in attendance.
