CLEARFIELD – An area woman has been accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a teen, Clearfield Regional polcie say.
According to a department-issued news release, officers were notified about the possible sexual relationship on Jan. 16.
Allegedly, it was to have been occuring between 19-year-old Joelle Fletcher of Hawk Run and a 14-year-old male.
The investigation confirmed the relationship, which police say occurred on multiple occasions between October 2023 and January at a Clearfield residence.
Fletcher has been charged with sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor and related offenses.
