CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Republican Committee has scheduled several petition-signing events throughout the county.
Events include:
- Jan. 24, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at Josie’s Restaurant, 543 Main St., Coalport;
- Jan. 25, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Republican Headquarters, 36 N. Second St., Clearfield; and
- Jan. 26, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., at Eureka Winery, 703 Hannah St., Houtzdale.
For those in the DuBois area, petitions will be available Jan. 26, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Jan. 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at 5 Beaver Dr., DuBois (building behind the old DuBois Business College, first floor).
Additional dates may be added.
The monthly meeting of the County Republican Committee will be at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25 at Republican Headquarters, 36 N. Second St., Clearfield, where several candidates will be present and give short remarks.
Candidates on the ballot for 2024 include U.S. President, U.S. Senator, U.S. House of Representatives , PA Senate, PA House of Representatives, PA Attorney General, PA Auditor General and PA Treasurer.
Any Republican interested in representing their precinct on the County Republican Committee are also encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be provided. For additional information, please contact 814-592-9303.
