DUBOIS – The Greater DuBois Chamber of Commerce has plans to recognize a local business and school later this month during its annual Business Bash.
The celebration will take place Saturday, Jan. 27 at the DuBois Country Club. Doors open at 5 p.m., with the awards program beginning at 7 p.m.
For 2023, the Small Business of the Year Award will be presented to Penn Central Door and the Community Cup Award to DuBois Central Catholic School.
“We were fortunate to have several stellar nominees for these awards,” expresses Jodi August, Chamber executive director.
DuBois Area Jaycees will also present its Distinguished Service Award, states August, noting the recipient will remain confidential until the evening of celebration.
The evening will feature food and hors d’oeuvres, a basket raffle and 50/50, lottery boards and a special sports-themed silent auction.
