CLEARFIELD – Clearfield County is hosting a drive-thru recycling event for area residents next month.
It will take place Saturday, April 9, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., at Clearfield County Jail, located at 115 21st St., Clearfield.
Recycling fees are as follows:
- $0.25/lb. – Freon-Containing Devices
- $0.40/lb. – Non-Video Display Electronics
- $0.60/lb. – Televisions and Monitors
- $0.65/lb. – Waste Paint
- $0.75/lb. – Universal Wastes (bulbs, batteries, etc.)
- $1/lb. – Household Hazardous Waste
- $7/ea. – Propane Cylinders

The vendor, Noble Environmental, accepts credit cards only. No cash or checks will be accepted.
