CLEARFIELD COUNTY – Visit Clearfield County, the county’s tourism promotion agency, has kicked off its latest trail series – the Lumberjack Pizza Trail.
The Lumberjack Pizza Trail is comparable to VCC’s Burger and Tasting Trails, which pay homage to the county’s lumber heritage.
According to VCC Executive Director Josiah Jones, the trail has eight participating locations in Clearfield, Woodland and DuBois.
Locations include Busters Sports Bar & Grill, Buck’s Pizza, Fox’s Pizza Den and Fun Central, all of Clearfield.
Others are Gio’s BBQ and Home Slice Pizza, both of Woodland, and M&M Scotto’s Pizza and Railcar Pizza, both of DuBois.
Jones said people may pick up Lumberjack Pizza Passports at the VCC office at 208 Plaza Dr., Clearfield.
They must purchase the Lumberjack Pizza Special or any other menu pizza to participate in the trail and earn a passport stamp.
Once they visit all eight locations and fill their passport, they return it to the VCC office for a free Lumberjack Pizza Trail T-shirt.
