CLEARFIELD – A Rochester, N.Y. woman is facing charges for allegedly having sex with three teenage boys.
Sarah K. Lichty, 28, is charged by Clearfield-based state police with felony statutory sexual assault and three misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors.
Lichty waived her right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday during centralized court. Her bail is set at $50,000 unsecured.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, the investigation began April 17, 2021 when a report was made that Lichty had sex with three teenage boys in Coalport Borough.
On June 29, the first boy was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center of Clearfield County. He said Lichty invited him over to her house and asked him if he wanted to have sex.
He said they did have sex, but that it was Lichty’s idea. The second boy said he and Lichty had sex after she asked him to spend the night and messaged him nude photos.
On July 15, the third boy was interviewed, and related he’d stayed at Lichty’s residence near the end of May. He said in the morning, she bought him beer and they drank some.
Later he said while he was lying on the couch, she sent him a message on his phone asking if he wanted to have sex, which they did.
