State police at Rockview
- State police received a report of burglary Jan. 10 on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. During the incident, someone allegedly removed multiple valuables belonging to the victims. Items stolen included a Pioneer head unit, an older laptop computer, PlayStation 4 and 5 as well as related controllers and games, an external hard drive, a virtual reality headset, a JanSport backpack, Blu-ray DVDs, a KCI 100 round AR drum, a Kahr 9mm handgun, multiple lottery tickets and Diamond Dotz picture puzzles. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to a DUI crash Jan. 11 on Mount Joy Road, Clearfield. Upon arrival on-scene, officers found a vehicle overturned onto its roof. The driver, a 50-year-old Clearfield woman, was standing outside the vehicle and allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. She was transported to Penn Highlands Clearfield for a legal blood draw, and admitted to the Emergency Department with minor injuries. Charges are currently pending at this time.
