The Ritz Theater in Clearfield will present “Saving the Roar” the true story of the 2012 Penn State Football Team.
Never in the history of college football has one team faced larger battles and forced to climb steeper mountains. Fueled by childhood dreams and legacy Bloodlines, this 2012 team of student athletes stayed and fought for something much greater than football.
The feature film documentary tells the story about the team who rose from the ashes and defined what it means to have success with honor. What follows is the triumphant story of the team that restored the roar.
The feature film documentary will premier at the Ritz on Wednesday, Nov. 10 and run nightly through Nov. 18. All show times are at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance or the day of the showing.
