The Anderson Creek Sportsmen’s Club held its final Groundhog Match of the year on Sunday.
Taking first place and a $115 prize was Brian Miller of Mayport. There was a three-way tie for second place between Jeff Raybuck of Sligo, Al Croft of Johnstown and Mike Hagan of Rimersburg, each pocketing $38.
The Factory Varmint Class winner was Joe Lash of Hillsdale followed by Gina Kunselman of Punxsutawney and Dave Shaw of Curwensville.
The side group match was won by Jeff Gates of Altoona. He fired a five-shot group at 200 yards that measured .452″.
The final match of the year is the club’s deer target match next Sunday, Oct 17.
