Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about an activated alarm at the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library. It was determined to be a false alarm.
- Police received a report about a bat inside a residence on East 10th Street. It was removed from the residence and released.
- Police were contacted by a female who requested that officers go knock on doors and determine if a male resides in Clearfield Borough. Then, she asked them to report any findings back to her. Police advised the female that they had no purpose to look for the male.
- Police conducted a traffic stop in the area of South Third Street and Temple Avenue. The driver was reportedly in possession of drug paraphernalia and his driver’s license was DUI-suspended. Charges are currently pending at this time.
- Police received a report about a theft on West Pine Street. Upon arrival, it was found that someone had allegedly entered an apartment and removed a 50-inch TV. The incident is under further investigation.
- While on patrol, police observed a disabled vehicle in the parking lot of CVS Pharmacy, Clearfield. Officers assisted a female with a tire change.
- Police were dispatched to a possible structure fire at a residence on South Second Street. Upon arrival, police say it was found that an electric baseboard heater was sparking and smoking. The Clearfield Fire Department arrived on-scene and handled the incident.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an incident of disorderly conduct Sunday on Palmer Street, Clearfield. According to police, a female was repeatedly howling and causing a disturbance. Contact was made and charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness are currently pending.
