Police are investigating an incident of alleged theft at the Clearfield Masonic Lodge. The investigation continues.
Police responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of SR 879 and Industrial Park Rd. The driver of a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer failed to stop at the red light and struck the front end of a Toyota Rav4. No injuries were reported. Minor damage was observed to both vehicles.

State police are investigating an incident of fraud in Boggs Twp. The victim related she was having issues with her Amazon Video account. She then received a phone call from someone posing to be a representative from Amazon. The caller instructed the victim to purchase gift cards and provide the information in order to resolve her account. After purchasing the gift cards and supplying the information the victim realized it was a scam.
State police initiated a traffic stop in Pike Twp. Upon investigation it was determined that the 47 year old male driver from Grampian was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Charges are pending toxicology results.
State police investigated an incident of theft by deception in Ferguson Twp. The victim received a call from actor(s) instructing the him to purchase gift cards and send pictures. This resulted in a loss of $800 from the victim. The investigation continues.
State police investigated a third party PFA violation in Decatur Twp. The investigation is pending.
State police investigated an incident on animal cruelty on Maple St. in Ramey Borough. According to the report, two canines were located tied outside a private residence for over 30 minutes with no water when the outside temperature was 5 degrees. Charges have been filed against the 38 year old female resident.
State police cited Bradley Elensky, 49, of Curwensville after he entered the driveway of the victim’s residence after being advised not to do so, and set off a possible M80 while continuing to yell at the victim. Elensky fled the scene prior to PSP arrival.
