Police received a report of an assault at the Clearfield County Jail. Upon investigation it was found that an inmate, Collin Garder, 24, assaulted another male inmate causing serious bodily injury including a broken nose. Charges have been filed.
Police responded to Sheetz for a report of a male and female passed out in a vehicle. Upon investigation they were both determined to be under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance. Charges are pending.
Police responded to a Glen Richey Hwy. residence for a report of a break-in in progress. Upon arrival they found Bethany Warren, 53, of Olanta under the influence and hallucinating. She was also found to be in possession of Crystal Methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Charges have been filed.
