CLEARFIELD – A Brisbin woman pleaded guilty Monday to selling methamphetamine to police informants in Lawrence Township.
Kasandra Elizabeth Fisher, 36, was sentenced by Judge Paul E. Cherry to nine months to three years in state prison for felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in two separate cases.
For a third case, she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia for which she received one year concurrent probation.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on March 6, 2019 an informant set up a purchase of seven grams of methamphetamine from Fisher for $380 at a Washington Avenue parking lot.
A state trooper watched as Fisher got out of one vehicle and into the vehicle with the informant and an undercover officer who was later able to identify her.
Fisher provided the informant with seven grams of methamphetamine as they had arranged and she gave an additional gram of the drug to them.
In the second case, another arrangement to purchase seven grams of methamphetamine from Fisher was made on March 20, 2019.
An undercover officer and an informant met with Fisher at the same parking lot on Washington Avenue where they were able to buy the drugs for $380.
