Clearfield PSP
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Sept. 5 in the area of West Hannah Street and Susquehanna Avenue in Woodward Township. During the incident, Rocque Devito, 30, of Houtzdale contacted state police because Brittany Zurawski, 31, also of Houtzdale, would not give him his car keys back despite having asked several times. Upon arrival on-scene, Devito was allegedly found in possession of drug paraphernalia, and charged with the same. Zurawski was also cited for harassment.
- State police received a report about a burglary that occurred Tuesday on Kimberly Lane in Morris Township. During the incident, 32-year-old Ashley Emigh of Morrisdale was found at the residence after having been properly evicted the day before. She allegedly had forcibly entered and has been charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief through the district court. Emigh is currently lodged in the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
- State police received a report about a retail theft Sept. 8 at Kwik Fill in Chester Hill Borough. During the incident, a 28-year-old Morrisdale woman allegedly put gas in her vehicle and drove off without paying. Charges will be filed through the district court.
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment Sunday on Irvin Street in Brisbin Borough. During the incident, Donann Myers, 34, and Quentin McQuown, 35, both of Brisbin, were allegedly involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical. Both were charged with harassment through the district court.
Clearfield Borough
- Police received a repot about an incident of harassment on East Pine Street. Police warned those involved of their actions.
- Police received a report about a laundry cart being stolen from a local laundromat. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
- Police were requested to check the welfare of an Elm Avenue resident. Upon arrival, police found they were OK.
- Police received a report about an unwanted person on School Avenue. Upon arrival, it was learned they’d left the residence; contact was made and they were advised not to return.
- Police were dispatched to an East Seventh Street address where an unknown person knocked on the side of the caller’s residence. Police arrived on-scene but were unable to locate anyone in the area.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about contraband Wednesday at the Clearfield County Jail. During the incident, 32-year-old Sara Peangatelli of Clearfield allegedly had contraband in her property. Charges were filed against her for contraband/controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
