CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Commissioners on Tuesday voted to approve several miscellaneous items of business.
The commissioners:
- approved a purchase of service agreement with Matt Milliron, effective July 28, to act as a consultant for the HOME/PHARE programs administered by the county’s Planning & Community Development office.
- approved an agreement with AVANCO for the county to upgrade its Child Accounting and Profile System (CAPS).
- approved a radio advertising agreement with Seven Mountains Media.
- approved purchase of service agreements with the Keystone Adolescent Center, Children’s Aid Society of Mercer County and Shippenville Project Point of Light.
- approved liquid fuel allocations to Graham Township, $3,581.03, and Brisbin Borough, $3,000.
- approved an intergovernmental agreement with the Department of Corrections.
- authorized Commissioner John A. Sobel to execute the Northcentral Workforce Investment Board Chief Elected Officials Agreement on behalf of Clearfield County.
- approved four new hires and two employee separations/retirements.
- approved the bills as presented by the Controller’s office.
- approved the minutes of the July 28 board meeting.
