CLEARFIELD – Sheriff Michael Churner has announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for the week of Feb. 24, 2020.
Churner identified the fugitive as Kenneth S. Matthews, 41, of 2527 Clearfield – Glen Richey Hwy., Glen Richey.
Matthews has been charged by Clearfield Borough police with terroristic threats, stalking, harassment, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Churner said Matthews failed to appear for revocation court on Feb. 18, and multiple warrants were issued for his arrest.
Matthews is described as a Caucasian male who stands 5 feet, 7 inches tall and who weighs 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
