CLEARFIELD – Sheriff Michael Churner has announced Clearfield County’s Fugitive of the Week for Feb. 3, 2020.
He identified the fugitive as Jermaine Gardner, 39, of 709 Hemlock St., Philipsburg.
Gardner has been charged by Clearfield-based state police for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Churner said that Gardner failed to appear to commence his sentence on June 25, 2019, and a warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest.
Gardner is described as an African-American male standing approximately 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
