CLEARFIELD – Leonard Barsody, representing Clearfield Education Association’s Community Outreach Committee, recently presented a monetary donation to Captain Laurie Greenfield, chief commanding officer of The Salvation Army Clearfield Worship and Service Center.
The donation will be used to help fund Christmas dinners and toys for local families in need. For a list of the SA’s offered services and activities, see its local webpage.
Funds distributed by the Community Outreach Committee are provided by the teachers of Clearfield Area School District.
