FALLS CREEK – Proceeds from a bear check station will benefit the Falls Creek Fire Department.
The station will be open from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Nov. 23; 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Nov. 24; 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Nov. 25-26; and 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Nov. 27.
In addition to the drive-through bear check station, there will be a Chinese auction, live turkey display, bear viewing area, bear harvest mapping, free daily door prize drawings, gun/cash raffle and a full kitchen of food and drinks.
A chicken barbecue will be held Sunday, Nov. 24, and a drawing will take place at 1 p.m. Nov. 29. T-shirts are also available for purchase.
