CURWENSVILLE – The Rotary Club of Curwensville welcomed District Gov. Swan Stull to its meeting Nov. 12 at the Central Hotel.
Swan provided the members and guests an update on the Rotary mission to eradicate polio, which is the district governor’s focus for her term.
The district governor also provided the most up-to-date status on the current increase in polio cases in Pakistan and Afghanistan and the mutation of the virus, which is occurring and requiring injection rather than liquid vaccines by mouth.
