CLEARFIELD – Students at the Clearfield County Career & Technology Center’s (CCCTC) high school cosmetology program held a Spooky Spa Day that was open to the public to raise money for the Darlene Smolko Scholarship Fund.
The scholarship is presented during the CCCTC graduation. The students exercised the skills they have learned in real-life work situations and provided many different services such as haircuts, color, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, facials, eyebrows, etc.
