State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about a theft that occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday at a residential construction site on Honeysuckle Lane in Boggs Township. During the incident, someone allegedly stole numerous power tools before fleeing the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at 814-857-3800.
- State police received a report about a burglary that occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday at Custom Castings Northeast Inc., in Bradford Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the building through an unlocked window and removed numerous power tools before fleeing the scene. Clearfield Borough
- Police received a report about an altercation between a male and female on Daisy Street.
- The Clearfield County Probation office was assisted with the arrest of a male on a probation violation on Pennsylvania Avenue.
- Police are investigating an incident of theft and access device fraud. During the incident, a female lost her wallet and then reportedly found unauthorized transactions on her account.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an active domestic Friday on Ester Lane in Clearfield. According to police, a 48-year-old Clearfield woman’s juvenile daughter arrived to take some furniture under a previous arrangement. The woman and her boyfriend, a 45-year-old Clearfield man, became irate claiming the girl and her friends were stealing from them. They allegedly started to push and shove the juveniles, forcing them out of the residence. Police tried to make contact with the couple; however, both doors to their home were locked and they wouldn’t answer. Both will be cited for harassment for the incident.
- Police were requested to assist state parole agents Monday at the Sapp Bros. Truck Stop in Clearfield. According to the report, a search was conducted of a hotel room and suspected drugs and paraphernalia were found in the possession of a 20-year-old Philipsburg woman. She was taken into custody and put in county jail on a probation violation. Charges are currently pending for drug possession, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
- Police received a report about an unwanted person Sunday at a Weaver Street residence in Clearfield. During the incident, a 37-year-old Clearfield woman allegedly forced entry, claimed to be God and ultimately left after being asked repeatedly to. While police were on-scene, there was another call at a nearby residence. Police say the same woman forced entry and assaulted someone inside; she was subsequently arrested for burglary, trespassing, assault and disorderly conduct. She was housed in county jail to await arraignment.
