Clearfield Rotarians were joined recently by District Gov. Elect Irvin Wright and his wife, Judy, District Gov. Swan Stull and Borough Operations Manager Leslie Stott at the finished borough pavilion at Rebecca Park. The project was sponsored by the Clearfield Rotary.
