CLEARFIELD — The 15th annual Bison Baseball Alumni Weekend, open to all former Clearfield Area High School players, is set for Friday and Saturday at the Lawrence Township Recreation Park.
A batting practice session is planned for Friday evening, with a social to follow.
Game Day will be highlighted by one nine-inning contest in which each pitcher will be limited to two innings.
All players are asked to report at 10:30 a.m. to receive caps, shirts and team assignments prior to team pictures at 11 o’clock.
The Home Run Derby will start at 11:15, and the game’s first pitch will be thrown at 12:05 p.m.
A dinner for players and guests is scheduled for approximately 4:30 at the Knights of Columbus picnic area.
All of the festivities, plus membership in the Clearfield Baseball Association, are included in the weekend’s $50 donation.
Former Bison unable to attend but would like to support the school’s diamond program can join the Bison Baseball Alumni Association for a $25 donation.
