CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County Historical Society is excited to announce plans for an upcoming cookbook.
A cookbook titled, “Back in the Day – A Compilation of Clearfield County Recipes Throughout the Decades” is in the works.
The goal with the cookbook is to share recipes that have been family favorites or passed down through the generations.
Ethnic food recipes that were brought over to America from our ancestors are also desired for the upcoming cookbook.
Accompanying their recipe, residents are asked to provide a brief description and or photo. The society hopes to publish an heirloom cookbook featuring recipes of all kinds.
The society would like all recipes submitted via e-mail, U.S. mail or via its Web site.
