State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of terroristic threats that occurred Feb. 2 on Curtin Street in Osceola Mills. State police say two brothers – ages 23 and 15 years old – were involved in a physical altercation. During the incident, the younger brother went into a bedroom and came back with a BB gun. He allegedly pointed it at his brother; charges have been filed through the juvenile system.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between 4 p.m. Friday and 10:18 a.m. Saturday on Main Street in Chest Township. During the incident, someone allegedly cut the hair off the tails of two, different horses belonging to a Mahaffey woman. Then, they fled the area.
Lawrence Township
- Police reported on a hit-and-run crash that occurred Monday on the Clearfield-Curwensville Highway. According to police, a gold Chevrolet Tracker was traveling eastbound near the Timberland Federal Credit Union. The driver told police a gray Dodge Neon was traveling westbound but moved too far to the left across the turning lane and into the eastbound lane. The Neon reportedly struck the Tracker, causing damage to its driver’s side rear corner area. Once the Neon left the scene, so did the driver of the Tracker. No injuries were reported to police.
