KYLERTOWN – Child pornography charges were filed Friday against two Frenchville men.
Anthony James Terrizzi, 55, and Dennis Paul Hudgens, 68, were both arraigned Friday by District Judge James Glass on charges filed through District Judge Jerry Nevling’s office.
Terrizzi is facing 50 felony counts each of photographing/filming/depicting on computer sex act-knowingly or permitting a child and child pornography while Hudgens is charged with one count of disseminate photo/film of child sex acts, 50 counts of child pornography and one count of criminal use of communication facility.
According to the affidavit of probable cause, on Oct. 16 an undercover investigator discovered someone sharing files of child pornography on the Internet using an IP address that was serviced through Verizon. This was then traced to a Keewaydin Road address in Covington Township.
Between Oct. 16 and Oct. 17, the investigator downloaded 12 images of child porn that came from the computer at this address.
On Dec. 20 a search warrant was executed on the residence and a computer was seized that had at least 50 images of child porn on it.
When police interviewed Hudgens, who lived at the home with Terrizzi, Hudgens allegedly said Terrizzi showed him porn images he had produced of a 9-year-old girl. In his interview with investigators, Terrizzi reportedly admitted he used a cell phone to produce child pornography using a girl he knew.
This allegedly included both still photos and videos where the girl was seen in nude and sexualized positions. These images were then transferred from the phone to the computer authorities had seized, according to the report.
Preliminary hearings in these cases are set for Jan. 9 during centralized court at the county jail where both men are being held on $200,000 bail.
