GRAMPIAN – Year after year, the Grampian Band continues to delight the locals with its annual Christmas concert. The Grampian Band, under the direction of Mrs. Cindy Penvose, once again lit up the faces of young and old alike at its annual Christmas Concert, held at the former Penn Grampian School.
