CLEARFIELD – Despite the winter weather Saturday, community members gathered to light up downtown Clearfield for the holiday season at the Courthouse Square.
Homemade ornaments were hung upon the community Christmas tree. The higher branches will be decorated, as weather permits.
During the celebration, the crowd was treated to special performances by the Clearfield Chorial Society from the Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre and the brass section from the Clearfield Marching Band.
The Clearfield Revitalization Corp. (CRC) hosted the holiday celebration. Hot cocoa and cookies were available courtesy of the Jesus and Me Program from the Trinity United Methodist Church.
