CLEARFIELD – A Philipsburg woman has been accused of distributing various drugs.
Lyndsie Lea Holderman, 26, has been charged by Pennsylvania State Police with felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver (three counts) and conspiracy-manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.
Holderman has also been charged with misdemeanor intentional possession of a controlled substance (three counts) and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail has been set at $500,000 monetary.
On Wednesday Holderman waived her right to a preliminary hearing during centralized court at the Clearfield County Jail.
The charges stemmed from the execution of a search warrant at Holderman’s residence, located in the 200 block of Laura Street, Philipsburg, on April 27, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
She was found to be in possession of multiple items of drug paraphernalia, including smoking devices, hoses, scales, a plastic container labeled “Tweeker Box” and packaging materials.
Holderman was allegedly found to be in possession of 12 containers of suspected methamphetamine, 13 containers of suspected cocaine, five containers of suspected bath salts, two Suboxone strips and 12 unknown pills.
The suspected methamphetamine and cocaine were both field tested by state police and showed positive results for the drugs.
Holderman’s co-defendant Mark Lynn Rinehart, 38, of Philipsburg is facing the same set of charges.
