CLEARFIELD – Melissa Fannin, assistant manager at the Clearfield County Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and county humane service officer, was the guest speaker at a recent meeting of the Clearfield Rotary Club.
Fannin was invited by Rotarian Ron Strattan. She updated the club on the SPCA and her work throughout the county. Shown, from left, are Strattan, Fannin and Club President Vince Cahill III. Shon Kuta, who had been serving as president, recently relocated to Colorado.
