CLEARFIELD – A Hollywood feature film produced and directed by local Clearfield native, Spencer T. Folmar, will be showing April 7-8 at the Ritz Theater in Clearfield.
All of the Pennsylvania footage was entirely shot in Clearfield County (80 percent of the entire film). It was also shot at downtown showing sites like the Clearfield County Courthouse, CNB Bank and the YMCA.
Folmar brings this film to the Ritz Theater a few months after its national theatrical release for members of the community who haven’t yet been able to view the artwork and story it depicts.
The movie enjoyed national and international press as a new “Hard Faith” film depicting world realistically and carries a PG-13 rating.
The Los Angeles Times said “Unlike many religious films ‘Generational Sins’ isn’t afraid to show its characters sinning.”
You can see the film exclusively at the Ritz Theater on Saturday, April 7 and Sunday April 8 at 2 p.m.
