State police at DuBois
- State police responded to a suspected drug overdose Monday on Carson Hill Road in Brady Township. According to state police, a 49-year-old woman was lucid and not feeling well after taking her prescription medication the night before. She was transported to the hospital for an evaluation. State police are continuing their investigation at this time.
Clearfield Borough
- Police reported that a male was observed walking in the area of Daisy and East 10th Officers obtained his name and determined he had active warrants in Centre County. He was arrested and transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
- Police assisted emergency personnel with a report about a male who was having difficulty breathing on Nichols Street. He was found to have active warrants through the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
DuBois City
- Police conducted a traffic stop on Liberty Boulevard. Upon investigation, the driver was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license and allegedly under the influence of alcohol. The driver was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and released to a friend. Charges are currently pending the blood test results.
- Police received a report about a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of South Church Street. Police located the vehicle and determined its driver had a suspended license; the driver also didn’t have insurance. Police cited the driver as a result.
