Marie J. DePillo, 88, formerly of DuBois, died Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018 at Christ the King Manor in DuBois.
Born of June 18, 1929 in Sykesville, she is the daughter of the late George and Susan (Skibo) Kosko.
On Sept. 6, 1952 she married Anthony DePillo, who preceded her death Feb. 7, 1981.
She was a homemaker. She also had worked at Jeffers Electronics for 14 years and the DuBois Area School District for 10 years.
She was a member of the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church as well as the Altar Rosary Society.
She was a past DuBois Regional Medical Center Hospice volunteer. She enjoyed gardening, working out in the yard and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates. Most of all, she loved being with her family.
She is survived by two children, Marcia Marchioni and her husband, Robert of DuBois and James DePillo and his wife, Karla of Nokesville, Va.
She is also survived by a brother, George Kosko of Erie; three grandchildren, Anastasia DePillo and Alison and Bridget Marchioni; and a great-grandchild, Jude Marchioni.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Kosko and three sisters, Margaret Kokoska, Marcella Dobrosky and Marlene Miknis.
There will be no public visitation.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church with Msgr. Richard Siefer as celebrant. Burial will be in St. Catherine Cemetery.
