Judith D. ‘Judy’ Zimmerman, 77, of Clearfield died Monday, Feb. 19, 2018 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
She was born March 16, 1940 in Dunlo, a daughter of the late Albert and Leona (White) Folmer.
Mrs. Zimmerman retired as a human resource coordinator in 2000 after 29.5 years of service. She was employed by the former Superior Pet Products and Friskies Pet Care.
She is survived by her husband, Peter R. Zimmerman Sr., to whom she was wed Nov. 24, 1962 in Glen Burnie, Md.
She is survived by two children, Peter R. Zimmerman Jr. and his wife, Diana of Sheffield Lake, Ohio and LeAnne M. Martell and her husband, Marvin II of West Decatur and four grandchildren, Courtney Baughman and her husband, Tyler, Britney Irwin, Adrianne Boesker and her husband, James and Kyle Martell.
She is survived by two step-grandchildren, Lee Martell and his wife, Dionne and Michael Martell and his wife, Joni; four great-grandchildren, Isabella Irwin, Maddox Irwin, James Boesker IV and Charlie Martell and three step-great-grandchildren, Max, M.J. and Macy Martell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Folmer.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Pastor Mary Kendall officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
