CURWENSVILLE – The Rotary Club of Curwensville welcomed Caitlin Carns to its Jan. 2 meeting. Carns is the 2017 r
otary scholarship winner.
She is currently attending Slippery Rock University with a major in elementary and early childhood education with a focus on special education.
Carns presented the program at the meeting to club members.
