OSCEOLA MILLS – The Osceola Mills Borough Council held its reorganizational meeting Jan. 2.
Benny Ritchie was appointed council president; Rose Graner, vice president; and Susan Ropchock, president pro-temp.
Diann Turner was appointed to be secretary-treasurer and the Open Records and Right to Know coordinator. Ed Vancas was appointed to the vacancy board, Walter Hopkins to be the auditor and David Mason to be the solicitor.
All appointments were voted unanimously. One newly-elected Councilwoman Janette Humphreys was absent. The next regular meeting of the Osceola Mills Borough Council is scheduled for Jan. 15 at 7 p.m.
