Helen A. Livergood, 85, of Frenchville died Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
She was born Oct. 7, 1932 in Goshen Township, a daughter of the late Ralph L. and Madilean V. (Collar) Neff.
Mrs. Livergood was employed by the Clearfield County Jail as a cook. She was a member of the Clearfield Alliance Church where she served as a deaconess.
She is survived by her husband, Eugene A. Livergood; three sons, Daniel E. Livergood and his wife, Marie, Richard James Livergood and his wife, Margaret and Bradley W. Livergood and his wife, Darlene, all of Frenchville; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Gary Neff of Frenchville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Alberta Owens and Ruth Owens; and two brothers, Terry and Ralph Neff.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Dr. Duane White officiating. Burial will follow in the Eden Cemetery, Frenchville.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
