Alton “Bud” M. Dunlap, 74, of DuBois died Friday, Dec. 15, 2017 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born Aug. 7, 1943 in Luthersburg, he was the son of the late Alton L. and Agnes (Kramer) Dunlap.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Naval Reserves. He retired from the B&P Railroad after more than 30 years of service.
He was a member of the Garfield Lodge No. 559 Free & Accepted Masons and also a member of the Coudersport Consistory.
He is survived by one son, Michael E. Dunlap of St. Mary’s; one brother, William Dunlap of Sykesville; and two sisters, Edna Rodgers of Sanford, Fla., and Helen Wolfe of Sykesville.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Dunlap and a sister, Mary Gilbert.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc with Pastor Joel Simbeck officiating.
