CLEARFIELD – Brian Paganie from First Energy presented the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, Inc., Chief Executive Officer Kathy Gillespie, with a check for $1,000 from the First Energy Foundation as one of its “12 Gifts of the Season” recipients.
First Energy President Dee Lowery stated “Our company’s resources and the First Energy Foundation – combined with the enthusiasm and volunteer efforts of our employees – benefit hundreds of organizations and thousands of people annually in our service areas.”
The CCAAA was chosen because of the committed service it provides in its community.
The funds donated will be designated to further the mission of the agency, such as: consumer advocacy, care management and nursing home transition.
