CLEARFIELD – Two men were jailed after a meth bust in Clearfield, according to a news release issued by the Clearfield Borough police.
Trevor Brubaker, 19, of New Providence has been charged with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, F1; criminal use of a communication facility, F3; manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, F, two counts; intentional possession of a controlled substance, M; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, M.
Cory Irwin, 34, of Curwensville has been charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, F, two counts; intentional possession of a controlled substance, M; and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, M.
Brubaker and Irwin were arraigned and incarcerated Thursday in county jail in lieu of $250,000 and $100,000 bail, respectively. Their preliminary hearings have been scheduled for Dec. 6 during centralized court.
Police allegedly located approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine on Brubaker and Irwin as well as inside their vehicle. Police also located several items of drug paraphernalia and approximately $2,400 in cash.
Lawrence Township police and the Pennsylvania State Police K-9 Unit assisted Clearfield Borough police with the investigation.
