Stephanne Zolyak McAleer, 75, of State College and formerly of Ramey and Exton, Pa., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017 at home.
Born Dec. 7, 1941 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Steve and Susan (Holobinko) Zolyak.
She was a life-long member of the St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey, and also recently of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, State College.
She was employed by Penn State University for many years. She then worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for the remainder of her 50-year career.
She is survived by a sister, Linda Canner and her husband, Dr. Stephen of Asheville, NC and a nephew, Adam Zolyak and his wife, Valerie of Denver, Colo.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Zolyak.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, State College. Father Antony Sudherson will be celebrant. Burial will be private.
