CLEARFIELD ? The Clearfield Area United Way?s annual campaign has raised $182,000, or 83 percent, to date for the upcoming 2017-18 year.
Volunteers recently presented an updated campaign report at a luncheon at the St. Charles Caf? dining room in Clearfield. This year?s campaign goal is $220,000.
The funds raised benefit the local United Way?s 23 member agencies that are located throughout eastern, southern and central Clearfield County.

- Clearfield Rotary Club

- Bigler YMCA employees
Volunteers encourage residents to take a look at the local United Way?s member agencies that it helps out day-in, day-out to benefit infants and children to the elderly.

The Clearfield Area United Way also has a Legacy Giving Program under its United Way Named Fund. It?s for donors who would like to ensure the United Way is ?Leaving a Thumbprint? for the next 75 years.
