“The Blacklist” killed off a beloved character Wednesday night that you can be assured is actually dead.
Tom Keen (played by Ryan Eggold) met his demise during the fall finale of the hit NBC series after being stabbed.
The death hit some fans hard.
Some theorized it was a trick of the producers.
After all, the character has survived possible death before as well as the cancellation of the spinoff “The Blacklist: Redemption’ which brought him back to the original series.
But “Blacklist” creator Jon Bokenkamp told TVLine Tom really is no more.
“He is dead,” Bokenkamp said. “Yes, Tom is gone. He has met his maker.”
