Carole L. Rothrock, 75, of Morrisdale died peacefully surrounded by her loving family Aug. 29, 2017.
She was born in Philipsburg, the daughter of the late Herbert Johnson and Marie (Davis) Johnson.
On Sept. 9, 1961, she married Richard L. Rothrock.
She was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing piano, singing, dancing, working in her garden, mowing grass on her John Deere tractor and being with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Rothrock; sons, Greg, Richard and Jason and daughter, Jamie; her grandchildren, Danielle, Ryan, Eric, Katie, Tyler, Justin, Travis, Devin and Morgan; and aunts, June Haas and Elsie Roach.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 9 at Gethsemane United Methodist Church, Allport Cutoff.
No flowers please. Instead, contributions can be made to Gethsemane United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society.
