State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about a motor vehicle theft that occurred Wednesday on George Street in Curwensville Borough. During the incident, three male suspects allegedly entered the victim’s unsecured garage, cut the ignition wires on a Kawasaki motorcycle and then stole it. State police say the motorcycle was later recovered approximately half of a block away; it had sustained minor damages. State police at DuBois
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred between Monday and Wednesday on Rockton Mountain Highway in Rockton. During the incident, someone allegedly removed the victim’s purse from her vehicle, which was parked in the driveway at her residence. State police at Ridgway
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred Monday at the Kersey Park in Fox Township. During the incident, someone allegedly stole the victim’s iPhone 7 Plus. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Ridgway at 814-776-6136.
Lawrence Township
- Police responded to a two-vehicle, non-reportable accident on Route 322 at the Clearfield Mall intersection.
- Police responded to a single-vehicle accident on the Route 879 Bridge in the construction zone.
- Police received a report about an incident of disorderly conduct involving a vehicle in the area of Denny’s Beer Barrel Pub. However, it was gone upon police arrival to the scene.
Decatur Township
- Police received a report about an explosion along Perks Street. According to police, a group of people attempted to light a stove inside a camper and it exploded. Police say one female was flown by medical helicopter for treatment of her injuries.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of theft from a local business.
- Police received a report about a property dispute along Martin’s Road. It was found to be civil in nature.
- Police received a complaint about illegal dumping along Logan Road. It remains under investigation at this time.
DuBois City
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run accident at Albert Court. It remains under investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about an incident of retail theft at Shankel’s Pharmacy. During the incident, a female allegedly entered the store, picked up multiple items and exited without paying for them. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about a house being egged on West Second Avenue. The resident told police there were broken eggs on her screen door.
- Police received a report about counterfeit money being used on North Park Place.
