Spikes split pair of games with Black Bears

Evan Mendoza collected a total of five hits, including his second home run of the season, as the State College Spikes split two games with the West Virginia Black Bears on Wednesday night at Monongalia County Ballpark, winning the first, 4-1, and losing the second, 6-5.
