CLEARFIELD – The Clearfield County DUI Strike Force will be conducting roving patrols during the month of July.
The patrols will be a part of an effort to decrease the number of drivers that are driving impaired. The patrols could take place anytime during the month of July.
During the enforcement, officers will be watching for drivers who exhibit signs of impairment by drugs and or alcohol.
PennDOT data for Clearfield County shows that in 2016, 84 crashes occurred involving alcohol and or drugs. Two people were killed because of crashes related to alcohol and or drugs.
